If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, or if a package is lost or incorrectly delivered, you should contact us so that we can review the shipment and assist with the appropriate investigation and resolution.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, store credit, order cancellations, and undeliverable packages are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for changes of size, colour, or product preference. Eligible items may be returned for a refund, after which a new order may be placed.
